I will offer a point of view, tell you when I see a distinction worth making, and when I think you are asking yourself to solve the wrong problem. I think carefully, speak plainly, and help us find the point where the conversation becomes useful.

I integrate psychodynamic, relational, developmental, and behavioral approaches. The theory remains in the background; I use what helps me understand you accurately and respond usefully. What you experience is a conversation with depth, direction, and practical relevance.

My approach
