ONLINE THERAPY IN CONNECTICUT
Insight matters most when it becomes available in the moment you need it.
Private pay and out-of-network virtual psychotherapy for adults in Connecticut who want useful change without sacrificing depth.
Licensed in Connecticut • Weekday daytime
WHY NOW
Knowing what is happening has not made it stop happening.
You can see the pattern and still be caught by the same relationship, decision, standard, or emotional reaction when it matters most.
We work on both: the understanding that makes the pattern visible and the response that lets your life move differently.
WHAT MAY BE BRINGING YOU HERE
Start with the part you recognize.
Overthinking that promises clarity and produces another loop.
Boundary problems with family, partners, friends, and colleagues.
Relationships in which your needs become the easiest thing to postpone.
Perfectionism that makes completion feel unsafe.
Depression, emotional exhaustion, or difficulty feeling engaged.
Burnout from carrying too much for too long.
Decisions that reopen each time a feeling changes,
Trauma responses that remain active after the danger has passed.
Self-doubt that overrides evidence you already have.
HOW I WORK
Understanding leads somewhere concrete.
Each session begins with what matters most to you that day. We examine what is driving the difficulty without losing contact with the conversation, choice, or emotional response directly in front of you.
I integrate insight-oriented and behavioral approaches, including somatic work, parts work, and EMDR when appropriate. The method follows the problem rather than asking you to fit a preset sequence.
Notice when competence has turned into responsibility for something that was never entirely yours.
WHAT BECOMES MORE AVAILABLE
1
Allow uncertainty to remain unresolved without giving it all of your attention.
2
Stay connected to your own judgment when the stakes are high or someone important disagrees.

BEFORE WE BEGIN
Some practical questions.
-
Every person’s experience is different. Some clients find clarity in a few months, while others benefit from longer-term exploration. We’ll discuss goals and pacing together. You’re always in control of the process.
-
Absolutely. Everything discussed in our sessions is protected by therapist-client confidentiality and HIPPA regulations. I have worked with executives, public figures, and professionals for years. Discretion and privacy are foundational to my practice.
-
Most clients begin with weekly sessions. As you progress, we may adjust the frequency together. It is always a collaborative decision based on your needs, goals, and pace of change.
START WITH ONE FULL SESSION
You do not need to know what to call it in order to start.
Begin with what matters most now. We will make the first session useful and decide together whether continuing makes sense.
