ONLINE THERAPY IN NEW JERSEY
You do not need another explanation that leaves the central problem untouched.
Virtual psychotherapy for adults in New Jersey who want to understand why something persists and work differently where it actually shows up.
Licensed in New Jersey • Secure virtual sessions
WHY NOW
You have already tried being reasonable.
You have explained it, accommodated it, planned around it, or waited for clarity. Yet the same conflict, doubt, or emotional reaction keeps reclaiming the decision.
My work is useful when understanding changes what is possible in the moment, not only what makes sense afterward.
WHAT MAY BE BRINGING YOU HERE
Start with the part you recognize.
Conflict that keeps becoming a referendum on the relationship.
Codependence and over-responsibility disguised as care.
Anxiety that makes certainty feel like a prerequisite for action.
Boundaries that are clear until someone is disappointed.
Perfectionism that turns competence into constant self-surveillance.
Depression that shows up as withdrawal, flatness, or lost momentum.
Burnout that rest alone has not resolved.
Life transitions that unsettle identity as much as routine.
Trauma reactions that feel larger than the present moment.
HOW I WORK
We work with the part of the problem advice cannot reach.
I pay attention to the immediate difficulty, the history it carries, and the logic that makes your response feel necessary, even when it no longer gives you the response you want.
Insight-oriented and behavioral work are used together. When useful, I also integrate somatic work, parts work, and EMDR so the session can address both what you understand and what still takes over.
Let another person be disappointed without treating it as proof that you were wrong.
1
Make a difficult choice without reopening the entire case each time the feeling changes.
2
Keep one setback specific instead of letting it distort your view of your future or competence.

Every person’s experience is different. Some clients find clarity in a few months, while others benefit from longer-term exploration. We’ll discuss goals and pacing together. You’re always in control of the process.
-
Most clients begin with weekly sessions. As you progress, we may adjust the frequency together. It is always a collaborative decision based on your needs, goals, and pace of change.
